Todd R. Hinrichs
President and CEO

Mr. Hinrichs started Silverking Contracting, Inc. in 2003 bringing with him over twenty –five years of experience in the commercial building industry. His area of focus is Florida with extensive knowledge of the Tampa Bay area market, including development, sitework, preconstruction, estimating, cost control and management.

He grew up in the family construction business, which his father started in the mid sixties, allowing him to begin his career at an early age. Throughout his career he has worn many hats including laborer, draftsman, labor foreman, assistant superintendent, superintendent, estimator, senior estimator, project manager, senior project manager, Environmental Coordinator, Director of Construction, Vice President, President and CEO.

As an Environmental Coordinator he worked with a nationwide group of elected environmental coordinators to establish and implement a company wide Environmental Management System. With the system in place the company’s first KEMA audit was passed resulting in the first award of ISO 14001 certification to a US general contractor.

Mr. Hinrichs has successfully managed major, multi-million dollar projects including a 12.5 million dollar negotiated GMP project consisting of a 3-story vertical expansion/remodel to an existing hotel as well as an interior/exterior renovation to three additional existing buildings and associated sitework.

He is a dedicated to his family and is a member of the Morton Plant/Mease Foundation Skip Cline Charitable Organization and  the Espiscopal Church of the  Ascension.

Mr. Hinrichs earned his Bachelor of Science with studies in Finance from Western Carolina University.
